OncoChip™ Testing Options
Signature Genomics recognizes the variability of each hematologic cancer case and offers a broad menu of testing services that can be ordered to suit the needs of each individual case.
- Signature Genomics offers a Copy Number Evaluation array for a whole genome assessment of copy number gains and losses associated with hematologic malignancy.
- In addition, Signature Genomics offers several disease specific panels for the detection of balanced translocations. Each of these translocation assessment arrays simultaneously tests for a group of balanced translocations that are seen in a specific cancer type.
- Each of the OncoChip™ panels can be ordered individually or in combination with one or more additional panels. They are intended to complement traditional karyotype but can be used stand alone.
- Some of the disease specific panels have two tiers available. The first tier panels are used to detect translocations that are more commonly seen. The second tier panels are used to detect translocations that are less frequent.
