Signature Introduces Updated Detection Rates Table

Signature Genomic Laboratories has introduced its updated Detection Rates Table on the company’s website. The Detection Rates Table lists, for each of the over 150 genetic disorders tested by Signature’s current microarrays, the SignatureChip Whole Genome™ (SignatureChipWG™) and SignatureChip Oligo Solution™ (SignatureChipOS™), the likelihood that a chromosome abnormality can be detected by microarray analysis in individuals with clinical features consistent with that condition.

"The Detection Rates Table is an incredible resource for our clients," said Dr. Bassem A. Bejjani, Chief Medical Officer of Signature. "Microarrays generate an unprecedented level of information; the Detection Rates Table allows physicians and genetic counselors to make sense of that information for accurate diagnosis and counseling."
